About Our Agency

A Brief History
Founded in 1958 by Robert "Bob" Eames, the agency has grown substantially based primarily on referrals from satisfied long-term customers and other professionals that have the confidence to refer us to their clients.

Upon Bob's untimely passing in 1975, his wife, Nancy took over and through hard work and determination, grew the business and developed strong relationships with the insurance companies which we still represent.

In 1985, Scott Eames, representing the second generation, continues the tradition of unmatched customer service, professionalism and service to the community.

One constant has been the friendly, caring service you receive every time you call or walk through our door.

Professionalism
Insurance is an industry with constant change. Our entire staff works to stay on top of coverage and pricing changes as well as product and automation systems developments.

Our staff have earned highly regarded professional designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
